Our Return Policy:
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 10 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return an Item:
Request a Return: Email our customer service team at info@natsukashiiclothing.com with your order number and the items you wish to return and reason.
Prepare Your Return: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with our contact details for sending your item(s) back. Please pack the items securely in the original packaging.
Ship Your Return: Drop the package with the contact details provided at your nearest shipping location.
Processing Your Return:
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process it. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the same steps as a return and indicate the new item and size you wish to receive. Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@natsukashiiclothing.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Cost:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
